Desired Candidate Profile

• 2–4 years of experience in presales, inside sales, or real estate telesales
• Excellent verbal communication in English, Kannada, and Hindi
• Knowledge of CRM platforms (LeadSquared, MagicBricks CRM, etc.)
• Target-driven and customer-centric mindset
• Ability to build rapport and nurture relationships over calls

Role Overview

We’re seeking a talented and versatile Creative Designer with a flair for real estate branding. You will conceptualize and design high-impact hoardings, digital creatives, brochures, videos, and social media content for our premium villa plot projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visual assets including hoardings, brochures, flyers, digital ads, and social media posts
• Conceptualize and create video content and reels for marketing campaigns
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align visuals with campaign goals
• Ensure brand consistency across all offline and online creatives
• Support launch campaigns with 360° visual storytelling

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3–5 years of experience in real estate or creative design roles
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects)
• Experience in creating both print and digital marketing materials
• Strong portfolio of real estate creatives (hoardings, brochures, video edits, reels, etc.)
• Attention to detail, creativity, and a proactive design approach

Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Civil Head to lead the entire spectrum of infrastructure development across our villa plot projects. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, on-ground execution skills, and leadership to ensure quality, timely delivery, and cost control of all civil works.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design coordination, and execution of civil works in residential villa plot layouts
• Oversee road works, drainage, water supply, sewage systems, and boundary development
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, contractors, and local authorities
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance (BMRDA, RERA, etc.)
• Monitor project timelines, material procurement, budgets, and vendor management
• Report progress to management and support in approvals, documentation, and handovers

Desired Candidate Profile

• 12–15 years of civil engineering experience in plotted development/real estate infrastructure
• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering (M.Tech preferred)
• Strong understanding of land development, layout formation, and construction practices
• Hands-on experience managing contractors and large-scale site execution
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, BOQ preparation, and project scheduling
• Excellent leadership, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills
